Decorative: Wall Decal Clock - Just Numbers II

This is not just a wall sticker but also a real wall clock that works perfectly in game. It has 3 recolorable channels and can be moved up and down on wall like a painting (hold left mouse button and drag it up/down along the wall). I recomment that you move it down a little bit from its original position.

The decal is recolorable, but the clock face is not. It can be moved up and down on wall like a painting (hold left mouse button and drag it up/down along the wall ). Pets: Under Stairs Pet House

I was looking for indoor pet house ideas and found this - a built-in pet house for the area under the staircase! It can also be used on normal walls.
I separated the pet house into two parts, door and interior. The interior part is technically the real pet house so only the interior part flies in the air and the door stays unmoved when pets woohoo. There are two door sizes, the smaller one is suitable for families that have only little dogs or cats. Please place a door on the wall first and then put the pet house interior behind the door. Click the interior part when your sim pet wants to sleep/sit in the pet house.
PS. You need to use MoveObjects On cheat when you put the door on the triangular wall under the staircase.

Construction: Basic Spiral Stairs for Balcony

This spiral staircase is especially designed for outdoor use. It does not have floor cutout and the ring, so you can attach this staircase to a balcony and remove the unwanted floor tiles on top of it. The set also includes two matching balcony railings - the first one works like a normal fence and the second one has a balcony trim with it.
In case you want to use this staircase indoors in EA's way, I also made a floor cutout for you to put on the upper floor. There is a matching circular railing (with floor cutout) in this set too. Place the spiral stairs first and then go to upper floor and put the cutout/railing on top of it (it should snap).

 Here are 4 functional wall-mount mailboxes of different styles. Mailbox is a special object in the Sims 3 game. Make sure you read my instructions and warning before you use these custom mailboxes in game. Please note that you can only use one mailbox in one lot. In order to put a new mailbox in a lot, you need to delete the exiting one first by using TestingCheatsEnabled True cheat. Read the second screenshot for instructions. You may find that, when you use MoveObjects On cheat, you are able to put multiple mailboxes in a lot, but only one mailbox will be kept in the lot after you save and reload the game and the rest of them will be removed.
